Business Dispute & Government Contract Analysis
When the records are complex, Tempest builds the business story. We organize fragmented operational, contract and financial information into a clear, defensible record for negotiation, mediation, buyout analysis and litigation support.
Business & Contract Reconstruction
Reconstruct past and current contract activity, map entities, ownership and operating relationships, and identify material gaps and disputed activity.
Financial & Operational Analysis
Analyze revenue, cost, personnel and resource allocation, reconcile activity across entities and contracts, and build schedules that support economic and settlement analysis.
Government Contract & Compliance Analysis
Assess federal, state and local contract activity, examine performance, staffing, subcontracting and economic benefit, and flag issues for retaining counsel.
Settlement & Expert Support
Prepare independent findings, schedules and written reports, support mediation, settlement and buyout discussions, and provide expert consulting and testimony support when appropriate.
Ideal engagements: shareholder and partner disputes, business buyouts, government contract disputes, SDVOSB and supplier performance questions, related-entity allocation issues, construction contract matters and complex operational reconstruction.
Tempest provides business consulting, government contracting, compliance, operational and expert analysis services. Tempest is not retained as legal counsel and does not provide legal advice or representation.
